Katie Kahlert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Florida, and a Doctorate in Audiology degree also from the University of Florida. Her clinical studies and experience were at the University of Florida Hospitals, Shands Hospital, in Gainesville, Florida.
Dr. Kahlert is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and she is licensed by the state of Georgia. Dr. Kahlert enjoys all aspects of Audiology. She traveled to the Yucatan peninsula in 2010 on a mission trip and participated with a team of healthcare professionals who provided care to hundreds of patients.
Dr. Kahlert provides comprehensive diagnostic services, electrophysiological and vestibular testing for dizzy patients, cochlear implant mapping and related services, hearing aid consultations and fittings, and fits custom products for hearing protection and for musicians.
